Sometimes it is nice to take a peek at suppliers' blogs to see their work, how they work, how they handle different situations, their thoughts and feelings about behind-the-scenes happenings on actual events. Together, these may reveal little tidbits about the supplier and may help you decide in choosing them for your own event.

You're searching the web for wedding ideas then you just suddenly found yourself registering for a bridal mailing list. You sit back and relax for now. The next day, you check your inbox and a thousand or so emails greet you - excited brides discussing their wedding worries and praises, searching for suppliers, ranting or deciding which color could be the best accent for a magenta gown. You read a few mails. And then a dozen. And maybe a couple more. A couple of hours later (or earlier if delayed reaction didn't hit you), you stop reading. What the hell are these acronyms?

Nowadays, wedding preparations can be as easy as launching your browser and click, click, click. Well, it isn't really as easy as it sounds, but a lot of trips to the caterer and other suppliers can be minimized when the internet is used as a wedding preparation tool.

  1. Ask caterers/hotels to send you their packages/menu through email so you won't have to personally go to their office.  Thus, you can compare and contrast their packages right at the comfort of your desktop. Don't miss the taste test though!
