Both the bride and groom must secure Baptismal and Confirmation certificates at most three months before the wedding day, as part of the church requirements. These documents are issued and stamped "For Marriage Purposes Only."
Obtain these documents from the parish office where you got baptized and/or confirmed. Be prepared with the month and year (if not the exact date) of your baptism/confirmation and names of sponsors for easier transaction flow. Your parish may charge fees ranging from PHP 50 - 200 (or maybe higher for others) for these documents.
